The Clarity Call is non-refundable once booked. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session via the Calendly link in your confirmation email.
The Working requires a 3-month minimum commitment. Payments are non-refundable. You may not cancel before the end of your third billing cycle. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel with 30 days written notice to hello@thewyrdpodcast.com.
If Rachel Hansen is unable to fulfill the engagement due to serious illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond her control, a prorated refund will be issued for any unfulfilled portion of the current month.
