These guidelines govern conduct in The Wyrd's private community workspace. By accessing the workspace, you agree to these guidelines. They exist to protect the quality of the space for everyone in it — including Rachel.
The Wyrd community workspace is built on the premise that real work, real practice, and real presence matter more than performance. This is not a hype space. It is not a networking event. It is a place where people who take their work seriously can have access to Rachel and to each other's energy without noise.
We expect everyone here to show up with that same intentionality.
Everyone in this space is expected to:
Rachel is present in this space on her own schedule. She is not available 24/7. Async access means she will see your message and respond — it does not mean immediately. Expect responses within a few business days under normal circumstances.
If you need faster or more structured access, The Clarity Call and The Working exist for that purpose.
What happens in this workspace stays in this workspace. Members may share their own experiences from being part of the community publicly, but may not share Rachel's messages, other members' content, or anything disclosed in the course of community participation without explicit written consent from the person who shared it.
Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate removal and potential legal action if proprietary or confidential information is involved.
Rachel reserves the right to remove any member from the workspace at any time. In the case of conduct violations, removal is immediate and no refund is issued for the current billing period. In the case of Rachel-initiated removal for reasons unrelated to conduct, members will receive notice and a prorated refund.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through Patreon. Access ends at the close of the current billing period.
These guidelines may be updated as the community grows. Members will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
